Had a traumatic experience this evening. Phone was answered by Vet Alex Jorge who was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgable, calming, and compassionate. Took the animal there and was supported the whole time by Alex and the veterinary nurse. Both were so passionate and caring I couldn't have asked for a better team. Takes a special person to do their job and I'm so grateful to them for tonight.

Took our cat in to the OOH's vet who'd somehow managed to get a small twig stuck in his eye. I've only had one other OOH vet experience with another provider but this time I came out thinking the price was reasonable considering it was 9.30pm on a Saturday. Just wanted to say how brilliant the vet Alex De Jorge (I think was he is name) was, he really cared I felt and can tell is a great veterinarian. Thank you for sorting our boy out.

Our girl paris was admitted on sunday, diagnosed with pyometra, she was looked after and had surgery the same day, the vet was so lovely and kind, he did say paris is a fighter!! I needed to hear that 🙏 she is an older girl and the care she received was amazing, im so very grateful to you all. Very thankful that paris is insured with petplan and they covered most of the vet bill.

Everything you would want from an OOH Emergency Vets - recently took our elderly westie Rosie and she had a bout of Gastro and Colitis and couldn’t thank them enough. She’s elderly and doesn’t have insurance as the premiums had already reached hundreds of pounds so they talked us through all options. No pressure, just honest advice about all potential outcomes. She was admitted and got the best care, genuinely looked after her and showed so much compassion - very thorough follow up in the morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again but hopefully we don’t need them. Thank you ☺️

We had to visit the East Midlands branch last night as our collie had a nasty cut on her face. The team were amazing, Alex de Jorge our vet was warm, friendly and helped put our mind at ease immediately. Superb expert advice and Alex is without doubt a real asset to the business. Amazing. Can't fault one part of their process. Emergency visit during a weekend night for a dog struggling to breathe. Faultless service with them and couldn't ask for better reassurance and information both in person and over the phone. The 5th star is for a follow up call to see how he was doing later the following day...can't recommend them enough.
