Fantastic staff and a perfect experience. The receptionist was particularly lovely, and the Vet was extremely knowledgeable.

We've had a really positive experience with this vets practice. All staff are efficient, friendly and compassionate and they've helped us through some tough times with our dog recently up to and including euthanasia. We can get appointments quickly when needed and they deal with queries efficiently and ring us back when they say they will. They strike the right balance of professionalism and empathy. They are expensive but I think all vets are! They have dealt directly with our insurance company efficiently and kept us informed at all times. Thank you

I have been going here for about 8 years , one of my dogs had an allergic reaction. Natural instinct to ring the vets to bring in asap. I don’t have any money in the bank just money in my wallet- I was refused an appointment because I couldn’t provide a deposit. I’ve never missed an appointment in my life, always paid. Actually disgusted in a medical emergency online finances were required.

Felt like a conveyor belt system focused on making money rather than actual pet care. The vet completely missed a wound on my cat during the appointment, only for me to discover it later myself. When I raised the issue, I was told I’d need to book and pay for another consultation to have their mistake looked at. Really disappointing experience and not the level of care I expected for my pet.

Horrible. I was shocked to see one of the vets from this practice acting completely inappropriately in public while still in her clinic uniform. She appeared to be erratic and was being incredibly vulgar and aggressive to people on the street. She appeared to not be local and had short black hair. During our field trip I was appalled that the schoolchildren had to witness something like that. As a local, I wouldn't trust this clinic with my pet if this is the standard of staff they are hiring. Management needs to deal with this immediately. Completely unprofessional.
