Really friendly staff, absolutely great with my pup. Only reason we're leaving them is because we're relocating. Highly recommended.

Misdiagnosed my two puppies with parvo virus, tried to sell sickness shots , I refused , because they were not vomiting . They have booked parvo snap test at other vets, because they are not able to do it in house. After the appointment puppies were feeling much better , eating , drinking and playing about. So we have decided to wait and monitor . Then they have called us to ask why we haven’t done the test. Did not ask about puppies wellbeing. Two hours later RSPCA standing at our door, giving us 24 hours to do the test or they gonna take puppies away. I have shown the puppies to the officer , they were healthy and happy, but she told me that I still need to do the test. So I did, it was negative. Horrible experience.

Excellent team, very friendly and good at putting our pets at ease. We always receive a good explanation of treatments and feel that as much time as necessary is allowed for the consultation

After a challenging experience with other vets, I chose Etwall Vets, and it was the best decision! Last week, I faced the heartbreaking decision to put my beloved cat down, and their compassion made all the difference. They provided me with all the time I needed, showing genuine care and understanding throughout the process. I received my cat's ashes today, accompanied by her paw and nose prints, as well as a heartfelt card. These mementos mean everything to me, and I am deeply grateful for them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
