I have been begging to register my dog with them and enrol on the complete care plus plan and they haven't added me as customer. I have filled the form, sent email, went to the vet to make clear that I would like to enroll on the plan, it's more than a week now and nothing was done. I have never seen so much dismissed people with a customer. My dog needs an appointment, I have asked to book an appointment despite of the plan and they also refused to book saying that my dog is not registered with them but they keep postponing to register my dog for days!! I am speechless with their service.

Following my dissatisfaction regarding the service my kitten received following being spayed, and even prior to this, I made a formal complaint to the manager, Emma. I was appalled and shocked that rather than resolve the matter professionally, Emma’s response was that I find another practice. Emma noted that ‘a satisfactory professional relationship between a client and vet should be based on mutual trust and confidence and it would appear that this is not the case here’. I escalated the matter to the area manager who as to be expected, sided with the practice. I subsequently contacted the mediation service and disappointedly, the practice did not wish to engage. I highlighted that when people make a complaint, there is an element of lack of trust/confidence, and it is about acknowledging the issues, and moving forward. I am sure the practice has received other complaints and that the clients making them have not been asked to leave, thus I believe there is an undercurrent of racism which exists in this practice.
